Life Success: Parent Guide

Drawing on more than 20 years of research, tracing the lives of children with learning disabilities, The Frostig Center has identified six key factors (Success Attributes) which contribute to success. These attributes are more predictive than IQ, academic success or economic status.

Life Success: A Parent Guide describes these six “Success Attributes” and features quotes from successful adults with learning disabilities (LD) who explain the success attributes from the viewpoint of individuals who live with LD. Recommendations on how to develop success attributes in children with LD and tips on how to recognize these important characteristics/behaviors are also covered in this book.
