Frostig Beyond
Individualized Services for Post-Secondary Success
Navigating life after high school can be overwhelming, especially for neurodivergent young adults. Frostig Beyond provides individualized services to support young people ages 16–24 with learning disabilities, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and other educational needs as they transition into adulthood.
Whether students are pursuing academic goals, seeking employment, or learning to live independently, Frostig Beyond offers a supportive and highly personalized approach to meet their evolving needs. In-person or virtual services are available based on the needs of the participant.
WorkSpace at Frostig
Located on the Frostig School campus, the Frostig Beyond WorkSpace offers a calm, structured environment similar to a coffee shop or quiet library-where those who participate can focus on academic or employment tasks with guidance from trained staff.
Community-Based Services
Frostig Beyond also provides one-on-one support in real-world settings, such as:
- College campuses
- Job sites
- Vocational programs
- Coffee shops & libraries
- Public service agencies (e.g., DOR, Regional Centers)
- Grocery stores, banks, and restaurants
These experiences allow young adults to practice life skills in familiar environments with trusted support.
In addition, Frostig Beyond support offers a range of activities focused on employment readiness and independent living. Services include career exploration, resume building, interview practice, job search support, and workplace advocacy. Academic and life skills support includes tutoring, homework help, time management, budgeting, grocery shopping, and navigating public transportation.

Alumni Support & Engagement
At Frostig, even when a student graduates, Frostig believes that it is important to remain connected and support our Alumni. Through Frostig Beyond and our Frostig Promise program, we offer the following:
- Regular meet-ups and check-ins with graduates
- Ongoing access to support and guidance from the transition team
- Seasonal social events-during the summer, fall, winter, and spring!
- Alumni panels and events
- Alumni internship placements at Frostig
These connections allow our students to visit and learn from their peers, teachers, and remain connected to their Frostig community.
